New study tests Hands-On therapies for common neck pain

Summary
This study compares two different hands-on muscle therapy techniques to see which works better for reducing neck pain and improving neck muscle strength and endurance. Researchers will work with 30 young adults (ages 19-44) who have mechanical neck pain from poor posture or sedentary habits. Participants will receive one of two therapy approaches along with standard heat and electrical stimulation treatments over five sessions.
