Summary
This study looks at how well older adults sense their neck position and how that relates to neck pain, fear of moving, and physical fitness. Researchers will measure neck awareness, pain levels, and movement fear in 120 healthy people aged 65 and older. The goal is to understand these connections to help design better ways to keep seniors active and pain-free.
