Summary

This study aims to understand the connection between neck position sense, pain, fear of movement, and physical fitness in healthy older adults. Researchers will assess 120 participants aged 65 and over, dividing them into groups based on their neck awareness. The study involves simple tests and questionnaires to measure pain levels, movement fear, fitness, and how accurately people can sense their head position.
