Scientists track Musicians' movements to unlock secret of neck pain
NCT ID NCT07448857
Summary
This study aims to understand why some violin and viola players develop neck pain. Researchers will measure shoulder blade movement and muscle activity in 60 musicians, comparing those with neck pain to those without, while they play their instruments. The goal is to gather information that could help design better training and rehabilitation programs to prevent playing-related injuries.
