First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (a scraping technique) or dry cupping (using suction cups) works better for easing chronic mechanical neck pain. 45 adults aged 18 to 35 with neck pain for at least 3 months took part. Researchers measured pain, neck movement, and daily function to see which method helps more.
