First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a specific physical therapy technique (PNF symmetrical scapula-pelvis patterns) can reduce pain and improve movement in people with chronic neck pain and tight hamstrings. About 156 adults aged 18-40 will be randomly assigned to receive either this new technique or standard stretching over 6 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, neck disability, range of motion, and hamstring flexibility.
