Summary
This study is testing if a specific physical therapy technique that coordinates shoulder and hip movements is better than standard stretching for reducing chronic neck pain and tight hamstrings. It will involve 156 adults in Pakistan who will receive therapy three times a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, neck movement, disability, and hamstring flexibility to see which approach works better.
