Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between neck awareness, pain, physical fitness, and fear of movement in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will observe 120 participants, comparing those with high and low neck awareness through simple tests and questionnaires. The goal is to gather knowledge about how these factors are connected, which may inform future approaches to help older adults stay active.
