Summary
This study aims to see if a specific set of neck and shoulder stabilization exercises can help reduce pain and improve posture in people with long-term, non-specific neck pain. It will enroll 80 adults who have had neck pain for at least 3 months and have a forward head posture. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, nerve sensitivity, and posture after the exercise program.
