NCT ID NCT07426614
Summary
This study tested whether two specific types of physical therapy exercises could help people with chronic neck and arm pain caused by a pinched nerve in the neck (cervical radiculopathy). Researchers worked with 46 adults who had experienced this pain for over three months. They compared the effects of McKenzie exercises and neurodynamic mobilization exercises on pain levels, neck movement, and daily function.
