Summary
This study aims to see if adding core stabilization exercises to a standard neck exercise routine provides better relief for office workers with chronic neck pain. Researchers will compare two exercise programs in 30 participants to measure effects on pain levels, posture, and sleep quality. The goal is to find the most effective non-drug approach to manage this common work-related discomfort.
