Could simple back and core exercises be the key to easing stubborn neck pain?
NCT ID NCT06991140
Summary
This study tested whether adding specific upper back mobility exercises to a standard core strengthening program could better help people with long-term, unexplained neck pain. It involved 54 adults who had experienced neck pain for at least three months. Researchers compared the effects of the combined exercise program to core exercises alone on pain levels, neck function, and posture.
