Scientists track how simple neck exercises change your movement
NCT ID NCT06881862
Summary
This study aimed to understand if a short session of specific neck exercises and posture training could immediately improve how people with chronic neck pain move during everyday tasks. Researchers enrolled 28 young adults with neck pain and used advanced 3D motion capture to measure their body movements before and after the training. The goal was to gather data on whether these exercises provide quick benefits for movement control and function.
