Two exercise routines put to the test for chronic neck pain relief

NCT ID NCT07048288

Summary

This study tested two different exercise programs combined with special therapeutic tape to see which works better for people with neck pain from cervical spondylosis. Fifty-two adults with diagnosed neck arthritis tried either multi-angle isometric exercises or dynamic exercises along with taping and standard physical therapy for nine weeks. Researchers measured how well each approach improved neck movement, reduced pain, and helped with daily activities.
