New needle therapy aims to zap away chronic neck pain

Summary
This study compares two different doses of a treatment called percutaneous electrolysis for people with chronic neck pain caused by muscle knots in the upper trapezius. Forty adults will receive either a low-intensity or high-intensity version of the treatment, along with stretching exercises, over two weeks. The goal is to find out which dose works better for reducing pain and tenderness.
