New neck collar aims to ease pain for soldiers

Summary

This study tests a special neck collar (Cervigard) to see if it safely reduces neck pain and improves function in active-duty military personnel with forward head posture. Forty participants will wear the collar daily and report their pain levels over 12 weeks. The goal is to find a simple, low-effort treatment for posture-related neck pain.
