Military tests posture collar to fight neck pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a special neck collar called Cervigard can safely reduce neck pain and improve posture in active-duty military personnel. Forty participants with long-term neck pain and forward head posture will wear the collar daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, neck function, and spinal alignment using questionnaires and X-rays.
