Summary
This study looked at how neck pain changes the way people walk and balance during everyday tasks. Researchers measured walking patterns and head movements in 60 adults, some with chronic neck pain and some without. The goal was to understand how neck problems affect movement and the ability to do two things at once, like walking while talking.
