Head-to-Head trial tests best way to fight aggressive throat cancer spread

Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment strategy for advanced throat cancer that has spread to large lymph nodes in the neck. It will compare starting with surgery versus starting with chemotherapy in 111 patients, then adjusting further treatment based on how well the cancer responds. The goal is to improve how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and to better control the disease.
