Headache relief showdown: which neck therapy works best?
NCT ID NCT07132047
Summary
This study compared two different hands-on therapy approaches for people with headaches that start in the neck. 72 participants were randomly assigned to receive either Mulligan mobilization (gentle neck glides) or Active Release Technique (muscle release therapy), along with home exercises. Researchers measured pain, headache impact, and neck function over 8 weeks to see which method provided better relief.
