Simple neck stretches may be Pitchers' secret weapon against shoulder injury
NCT ID NCT06854692
Summary
This study tested whether doing specific neck exercises between innings could help college baseball pitchers maintain shoulder flexibility and strength after pitching. Researchers compared pitchers who did the neck stretches during a simulated game to those who didn't. The goal was to see if these simple exercises could help prevent the shoulder tightness and weakness that often leads to injuries in pitchers.
