Could simple neck exercises ease your jaw pain?

NCT ID NCT07232303

Summary

This study tested whether specific neck stabilization exercises could help people with chronic jaw joint pain. Thirty participants with jaw pain for over three months were split into two groups: one did standard jaw exercises, while the other added a 6-week program of neck exercises. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, jaw and neck movement, and fear of movement to see which approach worked better.
