NCT ID NCT07323992
Summary
This study tested whether adding specific head movement exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic neck nerve pain. Researchers compared two groups of 54 adults with long-term neck pain and dizziness. One group received standard therapy, while the other also performed Cawthorne-Cooksey exercises to see if they improved neck control and daily function.
