Could fixing your posture ease your hand pain?
NCT ID NCT07410819
Summary
This study is testing if adding exercises for the neck and upper back to standard hand therapy provides extra relief for carpal tunnel syndrome. Sixty adults with carpal tunnel will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus the new exercises for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in hand pain, strength, and daily function to see which approach works better.
