Summary
This study aims to see if adding specific neck and upper back mobility exercises to treatment helps people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will enroll 40 adults with this condition to compare the effects on pain, posture, and shoulder movement. The goal is to find better ways to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
