NCT ID NCT06663176
First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new nitric oxide mist (RESP30X) in 60 adults with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis who have chronic lung infections. The main goals are to check safety and how well the body tolerates the treatment, while also seeing if it can reduce bacteria in the lungs. Participants will inhale the mist through a nebuliser, and researchers will monitor side effects and infection levels.
