New pill tested to fight advanced cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called NDI-219216 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, understand how the drug works in the body, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants will take the pill daily and have regular clinic visits for checkups and tests.
