New eye drop tested to control glaucoma pressure
NCT ID NCT05938699
Summary
This study tested how a new eye drop called NCX 470 affects fluid pressure inside the eye in people with or at risk for open-angle glaucoma. Researchers compared the eye drop to a placebo (inactive) solution in 18 participants over about 8 days. The goal was to understand if and how the medication helps control the eye pressure that can damage vision in glaucoma.
