First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 07, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called SCTB14 against the standard drug pembrolizumab for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated yet. About 246 adults with a specific tumor marker (TPS ≥10%) will receive either SCTB14 or pembrolizumab to see which one better delays cancer growth. The goal is to find a more effective first-line treatment for this type of lung cancer.
