Summary
This study tests whether a high-fiber supplement called NBT-NM108 can help reduce diarrhea caused by the chemotherapy drug irinotecan in people with metastatic colon cancer. About 42 participants will receive the supplement alongside their standard chemo. The goal is to ease this common side effect and help patients tolerate treatment better.
