Summary

This study tests a new imaging-based navigation system to help surgeons remove head and neck tumors more accurately and personalize follow-up radiation. About 60 people with certain head and neck cancers will have surgery guided by this technology. The goal is to achieve clearer surgical margins and better tailor radiation, potentially improving local tumor control.
