New 'Navigator' aims to stop youth from falling through mental health cracks
NCT ID NCT06583239
Summary
This study is creating and testing a new support service designed to help young people (ages 13-35) with early psychosis stay connected to their specialized treatment programs. The service uses trained 'navigators' to provide extra support to patients and families who are at risk of dropping out of care. Researchers will work directly with patients, families, and clinic staff to design the service and then test if it helps people stay in treatment longer compared to usual care.
