First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at 11 adults with worn-out lower back discs who had spinal fusion surgery with the help of a navigation system. The goal was to see how accurately the screws were placed and to track blood loss, surgery time, and complications. The study did not test a new treatment but gathered information to understand how well the navigation technology works in this type of surgery.
