Summary

This study is testing whether regular injections of an experimental drug called navenibart can safely prevent the sudden, painful swelling attacks caused by hereditary angioedema (HAE). About 145 adults and teens with HAE will receive either the drug or a placebo (dummy shot) for six months to see if it reduces the number of attacks. The main goal is to see if navenibart is better than a placebo at keeping people attack-free.
