Summary

This study is testing if an experimental drug called NAV-240 works better than a placebo to reduce painful skin bumps and tunnels in adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). About 150 participants will receive either one of two doses of NAV-240 or a placebo through an IV drip over 22 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce the number of painful skin lesions by at least 75%.
