New hope for painful skin bumps: experimental drug NAV-240 enters Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests whether NAV-240 can reduce painful skin bumps and draining tunnels in people with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). About 150 adults will receive either NAV-240 or a placebo through an IV drip. The main goal is to see if NAV-240 leads to a 75% reduction in inflamed bumps by week 16.
