New hope for cancer patients: better nausea control during treatment

Summary

This study tests which of two drug combinations works better at preventing nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients receiving T-DXd therapy. 120 participants will receive either the standard anti-nausea treatment or an experimental combination over two treatment cycles. The goal is to find the most effective approach to manage these side effects and improve patients' quality of life during cancer treatment.
