New hope for easing chemo sickness in advanced breast cancer

Summary

This study is observing how well a drug called NEPA prevents nausea and vomiting in people with advanced breast cancer who are receiving a specific chemotherapy called T-DXd. It will follow 100 patients to see how effective and safe NEPA is at controlling these side effects over several days after each chemotherapy dose. The goal is to improve patients' quality of life during their cancer treatment.
