Can a walk in the park beat the gym for your brain?

NCT ID NCT07056634

Summary

This study aims to find out if spending time in nature is better for your mind and body than indoor exercise. Researchers will compare how walking outdoors, sitting quietly in nature, walking on a treadmill indoors, or doing nothing affects stress, memory, and mood in 60 healthy adults. They will measure things like attention, creativity, stress hormones, and blood pressure to see which activity helps the most.
