This study looked at whether being active outdoors is better for your mind and body than exercising indoors. 69 healthy adults were split into groups: walking outside, sitting outside, walking on a treadmill, or doing nothing. Researchers measured attention, memory, stress hormones, and blood pressure to see which activity helped most.
