Can nature and climbing help kids with ADHD and autism thrive?
NCT ID NCT07203469
Summary
This study is testing whether group activities in nature or a climbing gym can help children and teens with conditions like ADHD or autism feel better and function better in daily life. Over 240 participants in Southern Norway will try 12-week programs in school or healthcare settings. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, self-esteem, and stress levels to see if these outdoor approaches work better than traditional indoor methods.
