NCT ID NCT06931132

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests three nature-based therapies—virtual reality forest, guided imagery, and real forest bathing—to see if they reduce fatigue, improve sleep, mood, and concentration in cancer survivors. 172 people who finished cancer treatment (except long-term hormone therapy) will take part in 30-minute weekly sessions for 8 weeks. The goal is to find a gentle, drug-free way to ease lingering symptoms.
