Summary

This study tests whether nature-based therapies can reduce fatigue and improve sleep, mood, and concentration in cancer survivors. 172 participants will be assigned to real forest bathing, a virtual reality forest experience, guided imagery, or a waitlist. Each session lasts 30 minutes, once a week for 8 weeks.
