Summary
This study looks at how spending a short time in nature, compared to being in a city, affects brain activity, heart rate, and stress in people who feel very stressed, depressed, or anxious. Researchers will measure brain waves and heart rate while participants rest or do tasks. The goal is to understand the mental health benefits of nature exposure.
