Summary
This study explores whether nature- and activity-based group programs can improve quality of life, self-esteem, and daily functioning for 240 neurodivergent children and youth (ages not specified) with ADHD, autism, or Tourette's syndrome in Norway. Participants will take part in a 12-week outdoor program in school or healthcare settings. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, stress, and heart rate to see if being in nature makes a difference compared to indoor activities.
