Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of vitamin D, vitamin B6, and two natural supplements (epigallocatechin gallate and D-chiro-inositol) can shrink uterine fibroids. Researchers will compare the supplement mix against a placebo in 60 women with fibroids large enough to consider surgery. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces fibroid size after three months, with a secondary hope that it might help some women avoid surgery.
