Summary
This study is testing whether a natural supplement made from freeze-dried beef organs can improve people's iron levels and reduce feelings of tiredness. It will involve 100 adults in the US who will take the supplement and track their energy. Participants will use at-home blood test kits to measure their iron before and after the study.
