Summary
This study tested whether taking a natural supplement called Eutris Plus for three months before a specific type of fibroid surgery (hysteroscopic myomectomy) could make the procedure better. Researchers enrolled 90 women with fibroids and split them into two groups: one group took the supplement before surgery, and the other did not. They then compared how the surgeries went, looking at factors like surgery time, fluid use, and how completely the fibroids were removed.
