Mastic tree oil tested as natural relief for stuffy noses
NCT ID NCT07266688
Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray made from mastic tree oil can safely improve breathing and reduce symptoms for adults with a chronic runny and stuffy nose called vasomotor rhinitis. One hundred participants will use either the plant-based spray or a simple saltwater spray for 20 days to see which one works better. The main goal is to see if the natural spray helps people breathe more easily through their nose.
