New program aims to predict and prevent suicide in native communities
NCT ID NCT06782516
Summary
This study is testing a new suicide prevention strategy called Native-RISE in three Native American health clinics. The program uses a computer model to identify people at higher risk for suicide and then provides them with supportive follow-up calls from a case manager. Researchers want to see if this combined approach can reduce suicide attempts among Native American adults.
