Brain-Boosting ankle training could cut injuries in active adults

Summary

This study tests a new ankle rehabilitation program that adds thinking tasks to standard exercises. It aims to improve strength, balance, and movement in 180 physically active adults aged 18-44 with chronic ankle instability. Participants will do neurocognitive training to see if it reduces future ankle injuries and improves overall function.
